1. Booking Confirmation:
All bookings with Crystal Charters are subject to availability and confirmation.
A confirmed booking will be provided in writing, either by email or on our website.
2. Payment:
Full payment is required to secure your booking.
We accept payment through various methods, including credit/debit cards.
Prices are in USD, and additional fees or taxes may apply.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on cancellation fees and refund procedures.
4. Weather Conditions:
The safety of our clients is paramount. Crystal Charters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a charter in case of adverse weather conditions or safety concerns.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure point on time will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
6. Changes and Rescheduling:
Clients may request changes to their booking date, subject to availability and our rescheduling policy. Changes made within 7 days of the original departure date may incur a rescheduling fee or be subject to cancellation fees.
7. Age Restrictions:
Certain charters may have age restrictions or requirements. Please inquire about age-specific guidelines when booking.
8. Substance Use:
Consumption of illegal substances is prohibited on board, and the captain reserves the right to refuse service to any person found in violation.
9. Liability and Waiver:
All passengers must sign a liability waiver before boarding the vessel. By doing so, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with water activities.
10. Safety Equipment:
Passengers must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the captain and crew. Life jackets and other safety equipment must be worn as directed.
11. Personal Belongings:
Crystal Charters is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the charter.
12. Charter Capacity:
Maximum charter capacities must not be exceeded, and passenger numbers must comply with safety regulations.
13. Conduct:
Respectful and responsible conduct is expected from all passengers. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in early termination of the charter.
14. Wildlife and Environment:
Clients are expected to respect the local wildlife and marine environment. Feeding, touching, or disturbing marine life is strictly prohibited.
15. Personal Health and Fitness:
Clients with health concerns or medical conditions should consult with a medical professional before participating in water activities.
16. Force Majeure:
Crystal Charters is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
17. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of disputes or disagreements, both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues through negotiation and communication.
18. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
