The Crystal Charters team showcased exceptional accommodation and kindness despite the weather preventing our chartered boat trip. Their prompt and empathetic communication meant a seamless resolution to the trip cancelation due to the unplanned weather. They are incredibly accommodating and easy to deal with, and I highly recommend them! We're just bummed we can't be on the water with them!
Booked a 6 hour charter and had a blast. Went to stingray city, starfish point, found some conch (the captain made a great ceviche), snorkeled, jet skied, and went tubing. Our Captain was excellent and it was particularly nice having a wonderful photographer, Faith, along to take some great pictures! Highly recommend. Glad we decided to get the photos.
Captain Rick was fun, accommodating and set us up on the best spots and brought stingrays to us. Faith did fantastic with the photography we were thrilled with the pictures. Thank you for a perfect experience.
Did a charter with 8 in our group and had an absolutely epic day! Captain Vernon was incredible with his hospitality and knowledge, and made everything super fun. We hit snorkeling, Stingray City, and a second snorkel stop. Captain Vernon knew all the good spots, and even where to find the resident critters who lived at each spot. He was also very good with the younger 8-yr-old adventurers in our group, and even snorkeled with them so they could see all the best stuff! The boat was also great and perfect size for our group. Wonderful day and memories!
We had the most amazing experience with them. 5 kids, 5 adults. The staff was so great with our kids and we made some amazing memories. Boat was spotless and very nice. The snorkeling spots were beautiful and we had a great experience with the stingray. Memories our family will cherish for the rest of our lives. AAA+++
