At Crystal Charters, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, it’s essential to have a clear policy in place to manage cancellations. Please review our refund and cancellation policy:
Cancellations are subject to the following Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before Departure
If you must cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled departure date, you will be eligible for a refund of 90% of the total booking price. A 10% administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs.
Cancellations of 7 Days or Less Before Departure
For cancellations made within 7 days or less of the departure date, a refund of 50% of the booking price will be issued.
Cancellations of 24 Hours or Less Before Departure
No refund is available for cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the departure date.
Booking Changes
If you wish to reschedule your charter, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. However, please note that changes made within 7 days of the original departure date may be subject to the same cancellation fees as outlined above.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show on the scheduled departure date, no refunds will be provided, and the full booking price will be forfeited.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Safety is our top priority. If, on the day of your charter, we determine that weather conditions or other factors pose a safety risk, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule your charter at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
How to Request a Cancellation or Rescheduling

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed quickly, usually within 7 to 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
