Prior to his yachting career, he also gained experience working on cruise ships and Ro-Ro passenger vessels. A natural team builder with a hands-on approach, he takes pride in training and mentoring crew members to uphold high standards. Fluent in Greek and English, Captain Stavros is passionate about scuba diving, cycling, climbing, and water sports, embodying the adventurous spirit of the sea.

With experience in water sports and guest support, he combines practical ability with a friendly, service-minded approach. His military background in special forces reinforces his discipline, reliability, and calmness under pressure. He holds a powerboat handling license (R.Y.A.) and a seaman’s book, and is known for his positive attitude, clear communication, and respectful interaction with guests and crew alike. Konstantinos is a team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation on board.
